At The Coastierge, we craft bespoke, highly curated experiences across the Amalfi Coast. Because our local partners, private boat captains, and artisans reserve their time and resources specifically for you, we adhere to the following cancellation policy for all booked experiences and tours:
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
- Full Refund (More than 48 Hours): You may cancel or reschedule your booked experience free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time (local time in Italy, CEST/CET). You will receive a 100% full refund.
- 50% Refund (24 to 48 Hours): If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Non-Refundable (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Weather & Skipper Cancellations
- Safety & Sea Conditions: In the event of severe weather, unsafe sea conditions (for boat charters), or unexpected supplier closures, we will attempt to reschedule your experience to a mutually convenient time.
- Full Refund Guarantee: If rescheduling is not possible due to weather or host cancellation, you will receive a 100% full refund, regardless of when notice is given.
