The experience
This is a circular interpretation of the Path of the Gods, designed to reveal its full landscape logic rather than rush through it as a one-way walk. The trek begins along the Upper Path, where higher altitude opens wide, dramatic views over sheer limestone cliffs, ridgelines, and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The return follows the Lower Path, shaped by centuries of daily movement and pastoral traditions. Two distinct paths, offering two complementary readings of the same legendary landscape. Along the ring loop, the hike pauses at a traditional shepherd’s shelter once used during seasonal transhumance—a place of rest, orientation, and mountain survival.
