Because our local partners, private boat captains, and artisans reserve their time and resources specifically for you, we adhere to the following cancellation policy for all booked experiences and tours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"terms\">1. Termini standard di cancellazione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Refund (More than 48 Hours):<\/strong> You may cancel or reschedule your booked experience free of charge up to <strong>48 hours prior<\/strong> to the scheduled start time (local time in Italy, CEST\/CET). You will receive a <strong>100% full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>50% Refund (24 to 48 Hours):<\/strong> If you cancel between <strong>24 and 48 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled start time, you will receive a <strong>50% refund<\/strong> of the total booking amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-Refundable (Less than 24 Hours):<\/strong> Cancellations made <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> before the experience start time or no-shows are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"weather\">2. Cancellazioni per condizioni meteorologiche e skipper<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Safety &amp; Sea Conditions:<\/strong> In the event of severe weather, unsafe sea conditions (for boat charters), or unexpected supplier closures, we will attempt to reschedule your experience to a mutually convenient time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Refund Guarantee:<\/strong> If rescheduling is not possible due to weather or host cancellation, you will receive a <strong>100% full refund<\/strong>, regardless of when notice is given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"request\">3.
